With this Privacy Notice, Agave Games Bilişim Yazılım ve Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi ("Agave", "we", or the "Company"), acting as the data controller, aims to inform you about the processing of your personal data within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and your rights under the applicable legislation.

Professional Experience Information: Job Title/Profession, Certifications, Portfolio Information, Professional Social Media Accounts (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub) where shared

Financial Information: IBAN Information and Travel Expense Information (if the candidate travels from another city to attend an interview)

Other Information: Information shared during application and interview processes, case study assessments, information included in motivation letters, salary expectations

2. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Identity Information, Contact Information, Personnel Information, Professional Experience Information, Other Information → Evaluation of your suitability for the relevant position based on your application, execution of recruitment and placement processes, and planning of human resources processes → Legal Grounds: Performance or execution of a contract, Legitimate interests

Identity Information, Contact Information, Personnel Information, Professional Experience Information, Other Information → Retention of application information for potential future positions and carrying out storage and archiving activities within the scope of HR processes → Legal Grounds: Explicit consent

Identity Information, Financial Information → Reimbursement of travel expenses where you are required to travel from another city for an interview → Legal Grounds: Performance or execution of a contract

3. Transfer of Your Personal Data and Recipients

Your personal data may be transferred to service providers located abroad for the purposes of provision of IT infrastructure services; email communication services; and use of human resources software for the receipt and storage of candidate applications.

Your personal data is collected and processed through automated means, via the information and documents you provide to us electronically during the application and interview processes, for the purposes set out above.
